I love to see the TV show about choosing the people in singing, many years ago, when I was in high school, I would open the TV and saw the live show, many young girls were singing to fulfill their dreams, I liked to see their trying. Today, there are more and more music live show, the singers can sing so well, but the standard has been improved, to the singers, they need to recompose the song and sing in a different way, so that people will catch attention and the singers will stand out. The creativities are very important for the singers, it makes them be popular all the time and people will remember them.
我喜欢看关于人们歌曲选秀的电视节目，很多年以前，当我还在高中的时候，我会打开电视，看现场直播，很多年轻的女孩为了实现梦想而歌唱，我喜欢看他们的尝试。今天，越来越多现场直播的节目，歌手唱得很好，但是标准已经提高了，对于歌手来说，他们需要重新编写歌曲，唱得不一样，这样人们才会吸引人们的注意，歌手才会出众。创新对于歌手来说是很重要的，这会让他们一直受到欢迎，人们也会记得他们。


创新的重要性The Importance of Creation

In the past, people tend to keep on the rail. No matter who doesn’t follow the rules, he would be criticized by the public opinion. Nowadays, with the rapid development of our society, more and more people recognize the importance of creation. The development of our country, our society even ourselves need creation.

过去人们倾向于循规蹈矩。无论是谁不安分守己都要被社会舆论批评。如今，随着社会的快速发展，越来越多的人认识到创新的重要性。我们国家，社会甚至自己的发展都需要创新。

First of all, creation is the most important factor to improve the ability of our country. Some people think that the essence of the human civilization is the result of creation. It is certain that in order to stand a good place in the international circle, our country has to train the creative people, so that they can make great breakthrough for our mother. However, if our people lack of creation, we couldn’t realize our dream to become a great country in the world. In addition, if people in the society are of innovation, it is easy to deliver the talents to our country to win a better future. And with creative people, the society can get a lot of benefit. For ourselves, creation also very important. The obvious point is to improve people’s confidence. When people make some small breaktrough, the y will get praise from others, which will make them feel themseves smart and then become confidence.

首先，创新是提高我国能力最重要的因素。有些人认为人类文明的本质是创新的结果。可以肯定的是，为了能在国际中处于一个好位置，我国必须要培养具有创造力的人才，他们才能为我们的祖国母亲做出重大突破。然而，如果我们人们缺乏创新精神，我们将无法实现成为世界大国的梦想。此外，如果社会中的人都是具有创新性的，向祖国输送人才来赢得一个更好的未来是很容易的。有了创造性人才，社会获益匪浅。对于我们自己来说，创新也是很重要的。最明显的一点是可以提高人们的信心。当人们做出一些小突破时，他们会得到别人的赞扬，这会让他们觉得自己很聪明，然后变得有自信。

All in all, as all of us know that how much importance creation for us. We have to learn as much as possible knowledge to prepare ourselves to be creative people. In other words, we have to study well to serve our county.

总之，我们大家都知道创新对我们大家有多重要。我们要尽量多学习知识来为成为有创新能力的人做准备。换句话说，我们要好好学习来为国家服务。



当传统遇上创新 Tradition and Innovation


There is a vivid saying which says “If tradition can be likened to the roots and trunk of a tree, innovation is its leaves and fruits.”
一句非常生动的话语这样说：＂如果传统可以被比作树木的根，那么创新就是它的树叶和果实。＂
 I quite applaud this simile. From my perspective, tradition and innovation are doomed to coexist perpetually. First and foremost, tradition is a solid foundation for innovation, with abundant nutrition we can absorb, such as scientific experiment approaches and science spirits.
我非常同意这一比喻。在我看来，传统和创新必定会永恒地共存下去。首先也是最重要的是，传统是创新坚实的基础，它有着许多我们可以吸收的养分，就像过去的科学实验方法，以及科学精神。
Secondly, it’s the drawbacks of tradition in certain fields that give rise to inspiration and momentum to innovate. For instance, Thomas Edison, who caught the sight of the inconvenience of traditional gas light, conducted experiments and eventually invented light bulb.
另一方面，正式因为有某些领域的传统方式有缺陷，才有了人们创新的动力。比如，爱迪生看到了汽灯的不足，进行实验并最终发明了电灯。
On the contrary, innovation will certainly fight against tradition. When an innovation satisfies people’s expectation ,it can gain popularity and finally make itself a new element in tradition ，which will be held in high esteem.
 

反过来说，创新必将和传统进行对抗。当创新满足了人们的期待和需要，它就获得了人气并将自己变成了传统的新元素,它也将获得尊重。

In a word, tradition and innovation can never be separated. At the very time, with the ever-increasing speed of innovation, a diversity of newly-born technology and hi-tech products penetrate our daily life. I’m convinced that we’d better be absolutely conscious of our root——tradition and give priority to it. Only when we gain a thorough comprehension of it can we accomplish magnificent innovation and exert positive effect on our society as a whole. 

总而言之，传统和创新密不可分。在如今，当创新的步伐飞增，各种各样的高科技产品涌入我们的生活中，我认为我们必须给与传统以优先权。只有这样，我们才能充分理解它，创新并为社会的发展贡献积极的力量。
