　　There are basically two ways to get work done.On the one hand,working alone is the way which makes you do anything except bad things.You can be a kind of person who plan and deal with your own things,and you surely are pleased to be proud of your skills.Importantly,maybe you can a talent man in your company,and even you own company in future.On the other hand,working together is also necessary because everyone is not perfect besides you and I,and it can make you get a lot of experience in order that you can get along well with your fellows.As we all know,two people working together achieve more than one person working alone ordinarily.Actually,what I need more is working together not working alone. If I am just a person ,I will not be successful as I like sports instead of study.

are basically two ways to get work done. One is to work individually. In this way, people can decide for themselves when to start work and how to do it. What’s more, they will be able to learn bow to solve problems on their own. People may also choose to work in a team, where they can learn from each other and help each other. Besides, they may work out better ways to get work done by discussion. Personally, I prefer to work in a team, which offers me a chance to learn how to get along with others and to share my experiences with them. As the work can be divided among several people, it can be done efficiently. Teamwork is always important.

竞争与合作

　　When it comes to competition and cooperation, some people always emphasize competition but neglect cooperation. Their reasons run as following: to begin with, they believe only competition can help them defeat their counterparts; in addition, they think competition is the only way to lead to success.

　在竞争与合作中，有些人总是强调竞争，而忽视合作。他们的理由是：首先，他们认为只有竞争才能帮助他们战胜对手；此外，他们认为竞争是通向成功的唯一途径。
　But some others hold different opinion. They think cooperation is as important as competition. They base their opinion on the following reasons: on one hand, cooperation can build trust between each other and help to bring long-term relationship; on another hand, cooperation can turn a small and weak business into a big and strong one.

　但有些人持不同意见。他们认为合作和竞争一样重要。他们以一方面为基础的观点，一方面可以建立信任，另一方面可以把一个小而弱的企业变成一个大而强的关系。

I recall my study experiences. Sometimes I studied with my classmates, but sometimes I prefer to study alone. In my opinion, learning collaboratively can help us to improve our ability of communication. At the same time, it can give us a stage where we can exchange our thoughts with each other. In addition, through learning collaboratively we can get more chance to know our classmates. But there are some disadvantages. For example, during the time of study, we may not study but talk with our classmates.

　　回想起我的学习经历。有时候我会和我的同学一起学习，但有时候我喜欢一个人学习。在我看来，集体学习能帮助我们提高我们的交际能力。同时，也可以给我们一个互相交流想法的舞台。此外，通过集体学习可以获得更多了解同学的机会。但也会有一些缺点。例如，学习的时候，我们可能会和同学聊天而不是学习。

　　As a matter of fact, learning individually also has some advantages. Firstly, if we study alone, we will think about something by ourselves. It can help us to improve our ability of thinking by ourselves. And learning individually is good for our creation.

　　As learning individually has some advantages and learning collaboratively also has some advantages, so I think we should use a combination of both.

This week, my English teacher gave us a task, she asked us to form a small group, each group was made up of five students, the groups need to do a research, it is about how much people know about foreign country. In my group, there are three girls and two boys, at first, we did not know what to do, then I suggested our group take the cooperated work. As I and the girl are good at writing paper, so the two of us decided to design the questions, and the other three students are so active, so they like to ask people the questions. The research went go so well, we finished it in two days, thanks to the teamwork, we did well on the task. The teacher praised my group, I have learned the importance of cooperation, since then, I will considerate other people’s feelings.
