Yunnan is called

　　Yunnan is called "the kingdom of non-ferrous metals" . As of 2010, have been discovered in Yunnan all kinds of 150 kinds of mineral deposits, proven reserves of 92 kinds of minerals, including 25 kinds of mineral reserves ranked the top three, 54 kinds of mineral reserves ranking top ten, ranking first in the country of minerals zinc, graphite, tin, cadmium, indium, thallium and crocidolite. There are nine types of mineral resources in Yunnan Province: ferrous metal mineral, energy, mining, non-ferrous metals and precious metal mineral, chemical non metal mineral, rare and rare earth mineral, special non- metallic mineral, metallurgical auxiliary materials, minerals, building materials non metallic minerals and stone mineral.
