台风“鲸鱼”登陆海南突降暴雨

"Kujira",the eighth typhoon on the western Pacific Ocean this year, has made a landfall on Monday night,bringing heavy downpour to Hainan province and neighboring province Guangdong.

今年西太平洋的第8号台风鲸鱼已于周一晚间登陆，造成海南省及邻省广东突降暴雨。

The island province of Hainan has been placed on the third-highest storm alert, and ships have been ordered to avoid passing through typhoon-affected areas.

海南省一直在第3级风暴警报中，所有船只均被命令禁止经过受台风影响地区。

Hainan authorities have evacuated more than 40,000 people, with more than 20,000 fishing boats called back to harbor.

海南当局已经疏散40000多人，而且20000多艘渔船也已返回港口。
