很多人可能没有想过，这雾霾是怎么来的，有因必有果，当马路上的车流量一日比一日多的时候，当鞭炮噼噼啪啪响起的时候，就注定了我们一定要吃这样的苦果。看看春节期间，好容易这烟花量比往年少了一些，谁知这商家开业及元宵节放的鞭炮比春节都多，好一个火树银花不夜天，可是，这不夜天换回来的不仅是一次盛大的视觉宴会，更多的是一次又一次的雾霾天气，这飘逸在空气中的细小颗粒物，一般的口罩根本抵挡不住，只会给人们带来一次又一次的伤害。

不过，相对的自我保护也是要有的。为了避免吸入雾霾，雾霾天气切勿开窗。出去旅游，或者游玩时，请戴上口罩。多喝桐橘梗茶，并且适量补充维生素D。还要多喝水，饮食要清淡。

雾霾还会引发许多疾病，如呼吸道疾病、心血管疾病等，各种危害人体健康的大病。

保护自己，与雾霾做斗争是最重要的，雾霾虽然恐怖，但是人们还是想出许多办法与雾霾决战，如：人工降雨等。但是，这毕竟只能小范围短时间地控制雾霾，不是长久之计。所以，大家应该保护环境。
