Remembertheadvert?Focusontheadvertcriteriaandyouwon’tgofarwrong.Forexample,iftheadvertcalledforsomeonetoleadothers,youmightsay:

“IlikeajobwhereIcanleadandmotivateothersandenjoyseeingimprovementsinteamperformance”.

Iftheadvertcalledforatarget-focusedindividual,youmightsay:

“Ilikehavingtargets.Theyencouragemetostretchmyselfandbeatthem!”

Noteveryonehasone,butbecauseyoumightbeasked,thinkwhatyourswouldbe.

“Fortunefavoursthebrave”.
