Songs from the heart

　　WHEN Michael Wong (光良) was a child, he was very shy. He didn't like talking to others. Even going into a shop was difficult for him. He liked to sing, but he was too nervous to perform in public.

　　Now, the shy boy from Malaysia is one of the most popular singers in Taiwan. Young people like his love songs. One song, Fairytale (《童话》), has captured the hearts of many.

　　"People listen to music when it is about real feelings," said Wong.

　　Recently, he released a new album called Never Apart (《不会分离》). It has ten songs including the title song. That song tells the story of a couple who have to be away from each other for a while. They cherish their memories while they are separated.
