今年是傣历1373年。一大早，我们就穿着鲜艳的傣族服装到江边去赶摆。

澜沧江边很热闹，人们一个紧挨着一个，挤得透不过气来，但大家都喜气洋洋的，赶着去看放高升，划龙舟。

TheLancangriverisverylively,anexttoa,packedsuffocating,buteverybodyisjubilant,hurrytoseeputGaosheng,dragonboatracing.

只听“嗖——”的一声长鸣，高升就象一条青龙似的，冒着白烟飞上了云霄，顿时无影无踪。村寨的傣族男女坐在龙舟上，操着桨，严阵以待。一声号令，大家齐刷刷、争先恐后地用力向前划去，水面上溅起一串串水花，在阳光的映射下，泛出五彩斑斓的图画。两岸的观众齐声喝彩加油，得胜的人们笑得可灿烂了。
